Can I tell you something! The texture is perfect, just right I’m still searching the thesaurus to find the perfect word to describe it cause Jah know, the adjective no mek yeh. The taste, lawdamassi the taste, it activated taste buds I didn’t know existed. It was absolutely magical. Nothing was in excess, the proportions of all ingredients were just right. Nothing overdid anything. I brought this cake on a bus and you know the bus struggles and it did not crumble. I was there worrying like crazy and the cake didn’t even budge. Nothing shifted out of place.
